  • What is your Return Policy?
    Return & Refund Policy of uptopapparel.com UpTopApparel will accept a return of any new unused (non-discounted sale item) within 7 days with a 15% restocking fee. Once UpTop Apparel receives the returned item(s) we will then give a refund minus the 15% restocking fee and shipping cost. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed. Discounted and sale items are not eligible for a return or refund. UpTop Apparel will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners. Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or they will not be eligible for refund. UpTopApparel cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. UpTopApparel aims to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition you may request item back within 3 days via email at uptopapparelny@gmail.com. After you pay for shipping costs we will return item back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
